This is a trap question. Think real hard but fail to come up with
anything that irritates you. A short statement that you seem to get along with folks is great.
Example 1:
This time is the time of cut throught competition. what really irritates me is sometimes for aur small interests we forget human values. in companies we sometimes take the credits we dont deserve. thats what really irritates me.

Nothing irritates me, Every individual is different. Everybody has negative as well as positive points. If u look at things from their angle, things would seem more clear and analytical.

Based on my experience, what irritates me are those who talk behind your back,but very nice in front of you,spreading rumors that can affect your reputation at work.
They just can't accept the fact that you are doing great in your job than they are.You can't avoid this kind of people, BUT ,i prefer to talk to them, to make everything CLEAR and just say- mind your own business!
